[TVARC] A Club Spotter Network

This is a great idea Frank. I always seem to miss the emails and so don’t get the DX. I Googled the phrase, “bulk texting”, and got lots of hits, all costing something. Can’t expand the search just now, perhaps someone else can.
Thank you for thinking of it. I, for one, would pay to be a part of such a system.
