[TVARC] A Club Spotter Network

How about using the Club repeater?

DTMF decoders are pretty cheap and
we could use one tone to key a relay
which could sound a unique tone for a
DX spot, another tone for a weather
emergency, another tone to remind
members of the club net

This technique has been used for years.
