[TVARC] TVARC: No Board Meeting Tonight (4/6/17)

The TVARC Board meeting scheduled for today (April 6, 2017) is cancelled
because 2 board members are unable to attend (so no quorum is possible).

Notice of this cancellation went out earlier to those we knew we're going
to attend.  Hopefully, this late notice on the MailList will get to any
others in time.
