Hi Members of TVARC's MailList (hosted by QSL.net @ Mailman.qth.net),

We still need a few more volunteers to staff TVARC's informational booth at
the upcoming Hurricane Expo 2017.  This annual event, hosted by The
Villages Safety Dept., will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017, from 10 a.m. to
2 p.m., at the Rohan Recreation Center, in The Villages, FL.  You can
sign-up to volunteer on the club's website.

Setup will be from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.  I would like 1 more volunteer
for setup.

The doors officially open to the public at 10 a.m. but last year (2016)
they came in as early as 9:30 a.m.  I would like 2 to 3 more volunteers to
sign-up for a 2 hour shift to help staff our club's informational booth.

  Select "Sign up for Activities" on top menu;
     Select "Hurricane Expo 2017" in drop down list;  &
        Complete & submit the volunteer form.
