You are not getting the message.

THERE IS NO TRUNKED SYSTEM THERE.

Someone - probably Radio Center - is retransmitting signals from distant 
trunked systems over that repeater.  You cannot track those systems 
because they are out of range.  Some of them do not even operate on UHF.
