> Hi everyone, I got my Pro-96 back today, and when I first got home I was passing by 460.300 and the control channel was still there, and someone also keyed up the conventional repeater that has been in use by the county on this freq. If someone knows the base and offset frequency let me know, and I'll program it in, and then start to monitor it.
You are not getting the message.
THERE IS NO TRUNKED SYSTEM THERE.
Someone - probably Radio Center - is retransmitting signals from distant
trunked systems over that repeater. You cannot track those systems
because they are out of range. Some of them do not even operate on UHF.
