[TrunkCom] another update with 460.300 in Rochester

Hi everyone, I got my Pro-96 back today, and when I first got home I was passing by 460.300 and the control channel was still there, and someone also keyed up the conventional repeater that has been in use by the county on this freq.  If someone knows the base and offset frequency let me know, and I'll program it in, and then start to monitor it.
