[TrunkCom] American Electric Power TRS

No ProVoice on Consumers, that I have heard of, even though the RR Database says it supports it.  Only 8 TGID's have "D" for digital and they support data for MDT terminals and system technicians. I'm sure the MDT is for power grid and main gas line level monitoring.
