[TrunkCom] American Electric Power TRS

Well, COnsumer's Energy supposidly in Michigan has upgraded to ProVoice,
but I've never heard any activity confirming this when I was there, and
that's a rather large network.  They did add a cite, but has anyone heard
any ProVoice or other digital activity on there?>
