[TrunkCom] rebanding starting in Michigan

My understanding is that MOTO used the FCC Channel Plan.
I think that is why Control Channel Only Mode worked and still works for MOTO TRS Systems.
Once Rebanding is done, the old Channel Plan will be trashed and the new one will be established. The new Channel Plan, if I am correct is 15 Megacycles lower.
On the other hand ECADS and LTR should NOT be affected. Why? Because I believe that EDACS and LTR never used the Channel Plan.
So the older Radi oScanners when it comes to MOTO will be useless but as for EDACS and LTR they hould be okay.
Now as for Provoice. OpenSky, Multi-Net, Passport, and MPT, your guess is as good as mine.
