[TrunkCom] encryption use with P-25 on the rise?

Well, that was the pitch in 2000 and 2001 with out system in Grosse
Pointe, but we all know better now. Even when  Kalamazoo was analogue they
were real funny about giving out information on the trunked system in
general.Here in Arkansas I haven't heard any encryption on the state
system here which is just like MPSCS.  I think that in Detroit there is
maybe one TG that is encrypted if that?  That MPSCS is hard to listen to
with the CQPSK in use, but not impossible.
