[TrunkCom] encryption use with P-25 on the rise?

Hi everyone, I've noticed some changes with regard to some new users
moving to Michigan's MPSCS	and some other systems.  There seems to be
more encryption and I'm sure as a lot of you may know or have read that
Kalamazoo City DPS in Michigan is just about all  encrypted for police and
fire useage.Fire is not fully encrypted, but dispatch is in the clear from
what  I have read.
