[TrunkCom] noticed a few cross patches on MPSCS

Hi everyone, I am back in Detroit now for the holidays, and I noticed that 
reception is somewhat improved on the Detroit MPSCS from Grosse Pointe.
    I also have noticed that there appears to be a few patches to analogue 
frequencies.  One appears to be either Dearborn or Southfield PD, and the 
other is DDOT buses?  I thought DDOT was on the MPSCS, and what about the 
OpenSky system?  Who is there on that system?
