[TrunkCom] Oakland County OpenSky upgrade finally taking place?

Hi everyone, I just was  checking up on systems back home from here in
Arkansas, and I see that Oakland County is finally making progress for the
move to OpenSky which is bad news for us scanner listeners, but has anyone
heard what the actual users are thinking of the system?  Also, what if any
groups will be simulcasted on MPSCS?
