[TrunkCom] APCO-25 and BC-78oXLT

Thanks Jerry,
Mint Hill, NC has just gone to their own separate system
from Charlotte/Mecklenburg. You can find
the Mint Hill list on the Radio Reference list under
Mecklenburg Co. If you care to check it out and give
me your advice from looking at that list and what it
indicates. I'm not wanting to buy a digital scanner just
yet, so if the analog is working I will just get a cheap
scanner for now. Unfortunately I sold my BC-780XLT and can't
listen to check. I'm just interested in the PD frequencies
for now.
