[TrunkCom] new MPSCS users

Hi everyone, does anyone know when Wayne County and other users will be
moving to MPSCS?  With the exception of Detroit everyone else who is on
their own trunked system I.E. downriver, Western Wayne and Eastern Wayne
are all on their own trunked system that haven't been intograded into the
MPSCS.  Also, another noteworthy thing is that Macomb County is on line
and some Detroit coms are roaming to the Macomb system, and Macomb County
users are roaming to other MPSCS cites.
