[TrunkCom] New to Trunking radio

I am new to trunk radio service. Just got a RS PRO-433 and trying to program
it for trunk if anyone can help me set this up please do so.

I have found the frequency banks and the id codes but not sure how to set
them up for my state and area.

I have download both the ARC433 and Scancat-lite software. Both are in demo
mode at the moment not sure which one is the best to use.
