It seems that as of now, only State Agencies 
and Radio Techs are on the Statewide T.R.S..

V.H.F.?  I wonder how well that works in buildings?

Well V.H.F. might need less repeaters 
due to the fact that signals travel farther 
in the V.H.F. band.
