[TrunkCom] some updates and a question

Well, no radio system is 100% perfect. Be it trunked or conventional or
whatever. This OpenSky format just hasn't proven itself to be something
that is reliable. In Oakland County, Michigan all of the above problems
with coverage and equipment, and that system was supposed to have been up
and running in late 2002, and then we can't forget the system in
Pennsylvania that hasn't worked either.
