[TrunkCom] some updates and a question

I thought trunking was supposed to be so good and you would not have
problems with things like a signal fading out while it was being transmitted
as sometimes happens on vhf. Well that ain't so. With all the problems
people are having with trunking systems I think the radio people sold us a
high tech bunch of trash.

Right, as I have said before that is what all of the other counties around
Oakland are doing, and even the trend now is to upgrade existing trunked
systems into the mSP system.
