Had had heard that LTR wasn't so good. I remember though that in 1999 or
so there was a big article in MRT about Anderson, Indiana and the LTR
system they have there. I think that all the public safety in that county
is either LTR standard or multi-net and that is of course with the
exception of the state system there.
We have two multi-net systems in northern Michigan I have
monitored. They are actually in the thumb region, and are being replaced
with P-25 stuff.
