I saw something recently about a buildout of a system to tie DOJ cross county and Boarder Patrol for two users at least.  I don't have the link but I ran down the listed users at FCC and some sites in the Northwest and Southwest and Southcentral states have sites on line.

I thought that I heard and / or read that they where
planning on making P-25 and Tetra Interconnectable for
forgein dignatary purposes and vice-a-versa.

Anybody have clues on this?
