You mean go to a system you have no control over? And one that doesn't
have as good coverage in your local community? Use some common sense.
Just because the state gets a new system doesn't mean everyone in the
state is going to join it. And why dump a perfectly good local system
to go to the state's? Besides local systems have just as much ability to
secure their systems, with encryption.
A more valid question is why keep asking inane questions over and over
again across every scanner list out there?
