[TrunkCom] one other note from Sunday's trip

Hi everyone, I forgot to post that on Sunday's trip across the state I
noted that Ingham County's EDACS system has great coverage outside the
county, and there was a consistent signal even an hour or so away from it
in Albien that the college.  It is worth a try to catch during one of the
last few openings we probably have this year.  See radioreference.com for
