[TrunkCom] OpenSky systems coming on line during major band
opening

It is Oakland County, and it doesn't use the frequencies I posted about.
That is what I had first thought, but the last two days has been one big
long band opening and last night Ingham and Clinton County, Michigan's
EDACS systems were coming in and finding the control channels for either
system was problem for the Pro-96. Usually from home when these systems
come in it takes the radio a little longer to find them because of varying
conditions.
