Isn't there a open-sky system in the Detroit area? I'm thinking Macomb County but I could be wrong.

Subject: [TrunkCom] OpenSky systems coming on line during major band opening

Hi everyone, The last few days Michigan and Ohio has seen a major band
opening, and I have heard a few OpenSky data channels on 866.85 & 867.15.
For my local public safety system I just have the control channels and the
above two freqs are these control channels. I just saw that New York, and
PA OpenSky systems are on these freqs, and am just wondering if anyone
knows of either systems that are being brought on line using the freqs I
posted? Pitsburg and the county are on one of the freqs and another is
the state of New York.
