Yes, true. You would still need more actual frequencies in order to  
avoid "busies" and system congestion. It all depends how much and how  
often the talkgroups get used and so on.

Yes, that's the main point of Phase 2, with TDMA you can put more  
than one conversation in the same frequency, to put it simply.

Don't know but I hope so. I have brought this up before in other  
forums but I'm not starting a "full-blown" campaign just yet in order  
to bring awareness to other people and manufacturers that take part  
in many of our scanning forums.
