I believe that pure 100% P-25 Talk Groups start @ Talk
Group 1 and NOT 16 but even if you get more Talk
Groups this way, they are still virtual channels.   
I say this becasue you still can only use one Talk
group per frequency.  Maybe Phase 2 would solve this
problem and allow more then one converstaion or Talk
Group on a frequency?  Is there going to be a Phase 3
or would this require some as yet to be detrimed
modulation scheme.  I wonder if the radio scanner
makers are already thinking of how to come out with
Phase 2 radio scanners?  I wonder what ASTRO version
will Phase 2 be?
