If you are at APCO-25 9600 you already are 100% digital. This sounds like
something Michigan will get if we haven't laready done so. We are at 6.5
and have several cities and counties in their own zones. I was most
surprised to see Detroit on the MPSCS because no matter what kind of
system they go to they'll need a lot of channels.
