Also NOTE the letter "E" in the MODE column. That
means that somebody NOTED them using ENCRYPTION on
that Talk Group. Only somebody that lives in the area
can tell you if this is a permanent thing or if they
turn it on or off.

Mode Column
A = Analog
D = Digital
E = Enecrytption

You should be able to listen to the ANALOG Talk Groups
if the Pro-94(?) can Trunk Track 500 MHz.

You just might need to get a new radio scanner. The
buzz you might be hearing could be either P-25 In the
Clear or P-25 Encrypted. Since I have a Pro-92B, all
I hear is the Digtial Buzz if I try to listen to
Cleveland or Ohio MARCS. Also do NOT forget, that the
Controller, which rotates through the frequencies
higlighted in Red and Blue will also emit a buzzing
noise. The Controller is the computer that makes
Trunking possible. Whatever frequency thet Controller
is using that day, will be used buy the Controller and
their will be NO VOICE on that frequency. Every radio
in the system listens to the Controller. The
Controller tells each radio what frequency to use.
The controller will also tell your radio scanner what
frequency to use for a particular talk group.
