[TrunkCom] can we decode encryption?

Also NOT only are some systems using Encryption on
their Talk Groups but some actually use them on their
Control Frequencies.  There is a county in Texas that
does this.  I think that Florida might be too.
So even thought the Talk groups are Encrypted, because
the Control Frequency is Encrypted, this prevents the
radio scanner from being able to Trunk a system.
