[TrunkCom] new kind of EDACS in use in Maryland

The Pro-96 doesn't seem to know that the ProVoice groups are there either.
've found myself going to conventional mode form time to time to see if
there is anything there. Sometimes there is and sometimes there isn't.
It is anyone's guess though as to how common place this new kind of EDACS
will be. Does anyone know of any EDACS systems that are using APCO-25
digital on top of the EDACS control channel? Also, it seems that there
are only a few systems that are using ESK, but is sounds like this new
format with LCN-0 being used as a control channel isn't encrypted, but
simply something that allows more users and TGs.
