[TrunkCom] new kind of EDACS in use in Maryland

The reason I mentioned the PRO-92 (firmware version 1.00) is because it will actually track the ProVoice talkgroups (without digital decode of course), but the 93-97 will not track the ProVoice talkgroups, only the analog ones.
