[TrunkCom] Getting new digital scanner

Another question?  I didn't know that any LTR was
going to change.  What is going to happen that old
scanners that can do LTR now won't do it later?  I
thought the only problem will be if the 850mhz moto
trunked systems are going to be rebanded.
