[TrunkCom] Help On Setting Up Digital

Hi, is the state of Florida's Motorola system still up and running?  I
heard that the EDACS was having problems and issues with programming.  As
far as Jacksonville is concerned I read that PD is encrypted, but
everything else is digital and unencrypted or analogue on that system.
