[TrunkCom] Astro 6.5 and MPSCS reception

Hello everyone, I am home now, and have had a chance to monitor  the MPSCS 
with the Pro-96 and a brand new update to the system as using Astro 6.5 as I 
posted earlier.  If there hadn't been a posting for the upgrade on 
radioreference.com I would never know it happened.  Reception on the Detroit 
MPSCS subsystem, and other cites is the same as it always has been.  On a 
side note, to get Detroit's MPSCS subsystem to reduce the choppy audio I am 
using the 800 MHz antenna from Radio Shack, and it is working not only on 
improving reception with Detroit, but other trunked systems across Wayne 
County as well.
