[TrunkCom] determining VHF/UHF P-25 table settings for the Pro-96

Using Pro96Com and trial and error. Now it should be easier to figure
out similar systems due to the collective knowledge gathered so far on
such systems.
That's why I suggested to run Pro96Com on the system in question and
take note of the Tables and channel numbers used and from that, most
of the time we can figure out how to make the GRE scanners work on
those type of systems.
