[TrunkCom] problems with Detroit's MPSCS subsystem

Hi everyone, this morning I was talking to someone who is related to a
Detroit Police Officer.  This person reports that her husband has had some
radio problems with his portable he was assigned.  First, the first radio
he was given is unable to hold a charge, and now he has a replacement he
has had trouble with getting coverage on the east side, and he lives just
outside of Detroit.  I was just wondering if anyone has heard of any other
problems like this with Detroit at all?
