[TrunkCom] Detroit Public Safety happenings and future changes?

Hi everyone, lastnight while listening to Detroit I overheard one of the
dispatchers commenting that he couldn't take the system out of repeat like
they could the old UHF frequencies, so the officer and dispatcher could
have a private conversation.  Does anyone konw how this issue will be
handled with MPSCS?  I am guessing that they'll be encryption o I-calls or
something of that nature.  Also, I've been hearing the DDOT, bus company
operating on the new system, and the dispatcher there was reminding people
to start using the 800 MHz radios.  Does anyone know what will happen with
the OpenSky TRS on 452 MHz or the conventional freqs?
