[TrunkCom] problems with Detroit's MPSCS subsystem

Well, I am just wondering how many bad apples would be in this bunch of
them with Detroit?  Coverage is still an issue, and aparently witih not
just scanners that with the Pro-96 I would say does a meteoker job with
LSM but aparently the portables.
