[TrunkCom] P25 scanners????

The BC296D/BC796D updated with the downloaded firmware
patch 3.25 installed, will also do both auto-tune or
manual tune of the BCi96 internal card. Not as quick
as the PRO-96 Intelligent Adaptive Tuning, but it is
an option.
Go into the digital audio settings as usual, during a
APCO-25 comm, hit the MAN key, then hold down the 9
key. Press the PRI key to start Auto Tuning. It will
cycle through 3 samples and then lock onto a setting.
You can then press "E" to save the setting and "RSM"
to exit.
You can also press "." to return to the default
settings.
This will affect all APCO-25 settings within the same
band.
The PRO-96 tune method is still the quickest method,
so far...
