[TrunkCom] regular talk groups and private calls andconfigurations

Well, is I am going to start monitoring again I am going to do it with my
Uniden since it will monitor I-calls. This is what I can't figure out.
I-calls are seemingly used moderately but not much, so what I am wondering
is is there a way of using a regular talk group for coms between the bus and
dispatch and having it set up so that they can use this kind of setup while
using a regular talk group? The driver I talked to today doesn't like the
set up and she was one of the trainers who trained the other drivers when
SMART moved to their type II TRS in 2001. For large buses this is good
using private calls, but for ADA curb to curb type operations it is better
for them to just have the ability to talk unit to unit rather then go
through dispatch every time they need to take care of something.
