[TrunkCom] cut over strategies for moving users to 800 MHz

That same thing is happening in Memphus, TN as well from what I read.  I 
guess that the county there will be leaving their mixed mode EDACS AEGIS 
system for the Motorola system and will be going P-25.  I'll keep the rest 
of you posted here on what I hear in Detroit.  I don't know what the deal 
will be with fire and EMS though, but they are having endless problems with 
the old VHF fire freq and repeater and dispatch radio from what I've been 
able to gather.
