[TrunkCom] Macomb County subsystem

Well, that sounds logical.  Hopefully the reception will be better with
this system then with the Detroit system.  I got the DSP upgrade to my 96,
and the coverage is still choppy and even in Grosse Pointe Park they can't
get a good signal unless they use the antenna that is mounted about 60
feet in the air.  I am about half way between the Denby High School Cite,
and the one at Bell Isle and would expect better.
