[TrunkCom] The Milan Federal Correctional Institute in Michigan

Hi everyone, last Sunday there was a major band opening, and I was able to
log some activity on the UHF trunked system at the Milan Federal
Correctional Institution.  It suddenly started to get busy around 6:00 on
Sunday morning,  and I was surprised with the time as that must be when
they are starting to get people up and around.  It seems as though on this
system it is more then just asking for a door to be unlocked or locked,
but they are cordinating just about everything there.
