[TrunkCom] OT: Out of Country Scanning

Hi, I thought that scanners were illegal in Germany, and if you are
traveling to another country see if whatever it is you are interested in
monitoring is even monitorable.  In other parts of the world there are
other types of digital that is not monitorable.  Also, the bands are also
organized differently in other parts of the world as well.
