[TrunkCom] An L.T.R. Mystery

Do LTR "I-Calls" occur on the regular LTR Talk Groups?
I a masking this because I never heard them before.

If adjusted for inflation, gas is still cheaper then in 1980's dollars, then how cheap 

are our Radio Scanners?  Air is cheap.  Nothing else is. :-(
