NO you have 4096 talkgroups on a Motorola 3600 baud system, period.
Forget status bits, they are not talkgroups. It was only the
first-generation trunking scanners that would make talkgroups with status
bits activated as "new" talkgroups. Second generation and higher fixed
this by treating status-bit activated talkgroups as all the same
talkgroup (the way it should be). For example, talkgroups 4144 through
4159 are not 16 separate talkgroups, they are all 4144 with different
status bits activated.
