Better check your math!!! That equals 2047.5, not 20,475! Besides the
answer is not correct anyway, the total possible talkgroups is 4096 (hex
000 to FFF). You need to divide by 16, not 32. Most systems have
32-number spacing but that's because of using the Priority Monitor
feature which uses only the odd-numbered hex talkgroups. But use all of
the talkgroups and the total is 4096.
