[TrunkCom] updates taking place with Detroit

Hi everyone, I have been posting all the observations I have been making
with the Detroit subsystem of the MPSCS to radioreference.com, and I have
seen on radioreference.com with my update today that someone said they
want to be on the system by September first.  I was just wondering where
this information came from?  They still have quite a bit of testing to go
and they are just getting started on the  west side with grid digital
audio quality testing.
