[TrunkCom] OpenSky Talk groups

I don't know about OpenSky, but ProVoice Talkgroups I think trunker will
do it, and VSELP will just display the ID number on your radio, and again
software would be a help there in iding what is what, but the OpenSky is
what I am curious about.  I'm also curious about this demonstration that
happened with Oakland County taht Mike was talking about.  I would have
liked to have gone.
	I donn't know who keeps up with the changes in Arkansas, but they
are starting to look at other vendors for end user radios with all the
three and not just Motorola now and that was in the update I saw last
week.
